Maximizing your Cryosculpting Treatment

It is essential to prepare yourself and take care of yourself before and after any treatment at Sisu Oasis to get the best results and make the most of your time and energy.

Before Your Cryosculpting Treatment-

Make sure you  have signed the waiver online when booking your session.

Please arrive with no lotion or sun tanning lotion on your skin

Decide on the specific areas you want to target and what you  would like to see from your cryo slimming experience

Hydrate! Make extra effort to increase your hydration by consuming more water and adding more fruits and vegetable to your meals the day before and after your treatment.

Avoid alcohol and excessive caffeine the day before and day of to prevent dehydrate or flushing of the skin.

Wear clothing that is loose and soft to the touch to keep you comfortable after your treatment.

After Treatment

Continue hydrating and nourishing yourself with healthy food including fresh fruits and vegetables.

Avoid overly processed foods and simple carbohydrates and sugars. Keep your salt intake low and consume quality fats and oils.

You way wish to add vitamin and mineral supplements to make sure you are getting all the nutrients you need.

Incorporate 30 minutes of your favorite gentle exercise (like walking or dancing) to help maintain the results of your session.

Incorporate self massage of the body parts you had sculpted in strokes toward groin, armpits, or neck (whichever lymph node rich area is closest)
