Known as a "Church of Nature," the sauna is a place to cleanse the body, quiet the mind, and rejuvenate the spirit. At the heart of the experience is Löyly, the steam created by water hitting heated stones, which soothes muscles, promotes detoxification, and enhances circulation.
Sisu Oasis is honored to act as a lineage holder for sauna traditions and healing therapies here in Nevada County, tucked into the foothills of the Sierra Nevadas. Rooted in ancient Finnish and Sami traditions, our sauna pairs perfectly with any of our treatments, from cryotherapy to massage, amplifying their benefits.
